Digital reports — refundable within 24 hours if the underlying chart data was incorrect; otherwise delivered digital content is final sale.
Memberships — cancel anytime; yearly plans refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
Physical goods — 30-day returns in original condition; buyer pays return shipping. Opened tea/food products are non-returnable for safety.
API balance — unused wallet balance refundable within 14 days of recharge.
